Allan's Races
I have now been with Audi Sport for quite some time, in fact the first time I drove for them was at the first ever race of the now legendary R8 in Sebring in 2000. I immediately found healthy competition between the two team cars and a strong overall desire to win, this plus a magnificent team and car gave us all an incredible season bringing me my first American Le Mans Series title. This year, I had the pleasure of débuting Audi's latest diesel powered sportscar in the Sebring 12 Hour race, in which we took home first place.
The new Audi R15 TDI differs significantly from its predecessor, the R10 TDI, featuring many technically innovative details with which Audi aims to maintain its
2009 brought quite a challenge for us at Audi. We took home first place in Sebring, which was a great start to the year. 3rd place in the 24 Hours of Le Mans & Petit Le Mans were still podium wins but we now have extra inspiration to fight harder in 2010!
